Oklahoma Metro Football League is a youth league comprised of the COFL, OUFL, and MYFAC.

Our league is dedicated to providing a safe and enjoyable experience for young athletes. We aim to promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and skill development in a competitive yet supportive environment.
